How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch, and we’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way; please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend required. Thoughtful design, delivered on us.
What is your Refund policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To start a return, just email us at support@nolvre.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed and encrypted.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Our focus is on delivering a reliable, high-quality local experience. If we expand our shipping destinations in the future, you’ll be the first to know.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return and approve it, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. It may take a few extra days for your bank to reflect the credit.
Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely. If you’d like a different size or style, simply mention it in your return email and we’ll be happy to assist.

I didn’t receive my order what should I do?
First, check your tracking link. If it’s been more than 9 business days and your parcel hasn’t arrived, email us at support@nolvre.com and we’ll investigate right away.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
